The room was brand-new and spotless, plus the bed was comfortable. And the bathroom was large. As for me, the location was favourable and excellent, adjacent to surrounding area and several stores, restaurants and high end apts and Tempe and Scottsdale. The staff were excellent and always had a smile.

As a senior citizen, the price for the quality of the facility was excellent and for me it was convenient to family who live in the area. I made an error in my arrival date reservation-I talked with Misty after the 20 hour cancellation window and she was able to reserve me a room for my stay with a minimum penalty fee.
Upon arrival, there was a discrepancy for over $100 in the pricing for the room I booked on-line. Saying that, the staff the evening I arrived soon rectified the error when I presented the confirmation receipt. I would have appreciated an offer of help with luggage transport to and from my room upon arrival and departure (the elevator was not location friendly). On the morning of departure, February 24th, 2013, there was misunderstanding in timing of wake up call and taxi pick-up: wake up call should have been at 3:30 A.M. with pick up at 4 A.M.) I received 2 calls at 3:30 A.m saying my taxi was there-front desk person was rude.

It was a great value for the purpose of my trip. I assess value by price, location and, most importantly, cleanliness. I was there only for a few hours. The room was immaculate. The staff was firendly and helpful. I also had coffee in the room for the morning. It was great! I will stay there again.

Close to asu, great price for room, easy check-in/out.
Could hear a lot of "street noise" while trying to sleep.

I liked all of the amenities for the price - fridge, microwave, sleeper sofa, swimming pool and the location.
There were some maintenance issues that will become an issue at some point. The bathroom had bubbling paint and the start of mold around the tub. Some areas of the room were cleaner than others. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner and the tub had large clumps of hair stuck to the surround.

Quiet, clean. Honored Booked.net receipt and reservation even though they had no record.
Made reservations on Jan 8 for king bed, non smoking, suite with kitchenette. Non refundable. Arrived as promised on Feb 16- Quality Inn had no reservation for us. Fortunately, I had printout receipt from Booked.net. First, they were full, then tried to give us small room with 2 double beds, I just kept showing detailed Booked.net receipt. We got 2 queen suite with kitchenette for $66.50 a night. If I had not had receipt we would have been left with no hotel.

Traveling with a large group, having all suites was a major advantage, providing ample space and amenities like a full-size refrigerator. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, especially with a group of teens. Breakfast and evening snacks were a pleasant touch, keeping everyone satisfied. The ongoing remodeling did create some minor disturbances, and the presence of bugs was noticeable, though expected in Arizona. This place has definitely become our go-to for future visits.

When I checked in my room I realized that they have put me in a smoking room, even though I have explicitly stated in the booking process that I want a non-smoking room. They mentioned it was just a request but not part of the booking process. Was a horrible experience.

The only good thing was the price.. But I see why it was so cheap. Fold out bed in living room was broken, a/c in bedroom was not working properly, and there were roaches in room 123.
